Japan 11/05/2007 - Hakone - Set Up for the Conference

   
A tiny little mousling we found on stage as we set up on our first day at the conference center at Hakone Land Hotel. It was really cute but it was obviously scared stiff and I had to nudge it a little with some paper to get it to run away.   Mitsuya cider, a ncie tasty soft drink.
   
Suki-yaki, beef, enoki mushrooms and tofu in a terriyaki sauce, cooked over a small flame at your table.   Coffee jelly, served with half-and-half. A lot of people didn't like this so I hoarded a dozen of them from people. It's jello, it's coffee, two very yummy things on their own, so why not put them together?
