Japan 11/11/2007 - Church before heading home.

Chip gives a sermon at Kokobunjidai Church, translated by Ai.

An on-sen (hot spring) egg. Chickens are fed a seaweed diet which turns their eggs black. Then they eggs are slow cooked in a naturally hot spring, resulting in the softest boiled egg possible. For the most part, these tasted just like regular eggs, but even though I like runny egg yolks, I don't really like runny egg whites.

At the airport I picked up a few last snacks. Another milk tea, and these Fran sticks (similar to Pocky) but this is a dual flavor: rum and vanilla.

Also, since I was platinum on AA, I got free access to the Ambassador Club lounge where they had curry pies, sushi, cheese and tons of other food. They even had an automated Sapporo machine that would lower the draught tap to the bottom of your glass and raise it up as it filled your glass to minimize the head. Fancy schmancy.
